Our Commitment

At SIAN, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the handcrafted nature of demi-fine jewellery, minor variations in colour, finish, plating and detailing may occur and are considered a part of the product's unique character.

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, authenticity and quality, SIAN follows a No Return Policy, with exchanges available on eligible products as outlined below.

By placing an order on SIAN, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Product Appearance & Handcrafted Variations

As a demi-fine jewellery brand, every SIAN piece is handcrafted and finished individually. Minor variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted jewellery and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

Please note:

  • Slight variations in plating tone, finish, texture, stone placement, or detailing may occur.
  • Variations of up to 15-20% in plating tone, finish or appearance may be present between pieces.
  • Product colours may appear slightly different in person due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, mobile displays and monitor calibration.
  • Such variations are inherent to the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Returns, exchanges, replacements, refunds or store credits will not be accepted on the basis of minor colour differences, plating variations, handcrafted characteristics, texture variations or differences between product images and the actual product received.

By purchasing from SIAN, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations as part of the product's unique craftsmanship.

Exchange Policy

SIAN currently does not offer returns.

Eligible products may be exchanged for another size, style or product of equal value, subject to availability.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing meya.sianjewellery@gmail.com.

Exchange Shipping Charges

A flat fee of ₹300 will be charged towards reverse pickup and re-shipping costs for approved exchanges.

This fee covers both the return shipment and dispatch of the replacement product.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email meya.sianjewellery@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Images clearly showing the issue

Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Upon verification, SIAN reserves the right to offer a replacement, repair, store credit or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Refund Policy

SIAN follows a strict No Return Policy.

Refunds are not offered under normal circumstances.

However, refunds may be approved solely at SIAN's discretion for full-priced products purchased without any discount, promotion, sale offer, coupon code, store credit or special offer.

For approved refunds:

  • A processing and handling fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Original shipping charges, COD charges and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-15 business days after approval.

Products purchased during sales, promotions, special offers or using discount codes are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Products

The following products are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalised or customised jewellery
  • Gift cards and store credit purchases
  • Sale, discounted, promotional or clearance products
  • Products purchased using coupon codes or special offer codes
  • Replacement products

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, products must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Include all certificates, tags, pouches and accessories received with the order
  • Be free from scratches, damage, alterations or signs of wear
  • Match the product originally supplied by SIAN

SIAN reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet these requirements.

Limitation of Liability

SIAN's liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the purchase value of the product concerned.

Nothing in this policy limis your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in India.
